Quality of Service, Regulation & Compliance
Care providers are under increasing pressure to deliver quality services in line with constantly changing guidance. Keeping up with the changes can be a challenge so how do you measure that you are compliant with all the regulatory expectations and delivering your service in line with best practice? NjS are here to work with you to help you deliver quality care.
Mock Inspection Service
At NjS we can provide a mock inspection service which gives you:
The opportunity to assess compliance and measure your service against the expectation of the regulatory bodies and commissioning authorities
The opportunity to evidence performance and highlight where your service is meeting the standards
A plan to help you take your service further and evidence your commitment to delivering a quality service
The opportunity for your staff to experience an inspection ahead of the real thing
The opportunity to see what you need to put in place to reach a higher CQC rating
The mock inspection is carried out in line with the CQC’s inspection model and measures your service against the five key questions and Key Lines of Enquiry. The inspection can be announced or unannounced and NjS can tailor the inspection to the needs of the service.
In addition NjS are able to provide you with specialist advice & guidance in relation to Managing Medication
This can include medication audits, mock inspections, policy writing and procedural guidance from an experienced Pharmacist.
As regulatory bodies are focussing more on medication management we are able to offer a service that will give you confidence that you are fully compliant in your ordering, storage, administration and management of your service users’ medication.
