Our Services

  • One Off Compliance and Quality Audit (Mock CQC Inspection)

The Mock Inspection measures your service against the 24 Key Lines of Enquiry used by the CQC and will address the 5 questions – Is the service safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led?

A full report is produced and an agreed action plan offered to address any issues raised.

This inspection can also include a full medication audit / inspection by an experienced pharmacist with in-depth understanding of the requirements for care agencies or homes. (Pleaase See the Specialist Services Section below)

This is recommended to Nursing Home Managers to provide evidence to regulatory bodies that the organisation is meeting requirements and ensuring safety.

Follow up visits can be arranged to monitor the progress of the action plan and offer support and guidance where necessary.

  • Home Audits and Compliance Visits

This is a more personalised and tailored service that offers providers either monthly, quarterly or annual audit visits.

A full audit will be completed and a report on the findings including an action plan is provided.

The audits can be focussed on specific areas of concern and can be announced or unannounced depending on the needs of your service.
