One off compliance and Quality Audit

(Mock CQC Inspection)

This audit visit wiki be based on the 5 questions – Is the service safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led?

A full report is produced and an agreed action plan to address any issues raised. This inspection can include a full medication audit / inspection. 

Follow up visits can be arranged to montitor the pogress of the action plan and offer support and guidance where necessary.

Home Audits and Compliance Visits

This is a more personalised and tailored service that offers providers either monthly, quarterly or annual audit visits. A full audit will be completed and an report on the findings including an action plan is provided. 

The audits can be focussed on known trouble areas and can be announced or unannounced depending on the needs of your service.
