NJS Consultancy Services (NJSCS) is a Hertfordshire based care consultancy business offering quality assurance and compliance solutions to care homes and domiciliary care services across the South of the country. We offer tailored packages of support to enable care providers to consistently deliver safe, personalised, effective and quality services.
NJS Consultancy Services is owned and managed by Nicki Smith BA (Hons) who has over 25 years of experience working in the social care industry and leads a team of experts with experience of supporting health and social care providers through specialist roles in the CQC and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG).
Prior to setting up NJS Consulting Services Ltd, Nicki worked for several local authorities across the south of England in Assessment and Care Planning, Quality Monitoring and Commissioning roles before moving into private sector into Operations Management and Quality Auditing.
As well as her professional experience Nicki has supported members of her family moving into residential care and understands both the pressures of the business and the real impact of receiving care on residents and their families.
NJSCS is committed to sharing knowledge and experience to help managers focus on what is necessary to meet their regulatory responsibilities and raise and maintain the quality of their service.
